Today, the 25th Henan Animal Husbandry Fair (Henan Poultry Fair) jointly organized by Henan Animal Husbandry Bureau and Henan Poultry Industry Association was held in Zhengzhou Convention and Exhibition Center. In line with the principle of simplicity, economy and pragmatism, the organizers should reduce the exhibition area, prolong the exhibition time, simplify the opening ceremony, do not invite leaders to attend the opening ceremony, do not arrange fireworks and ribbon cutting, cancel evening parties, lottery and banquets, and focus on creating an interactive exchange with the theme of "trade, exhibition, exchange and cooperation". The Fair has reduced its flower shelves, but its content is very rich. Within three days, more than 30 promotional meetings and high-level forums will be held to promote investment projects of leading enterprises participating in the exhibition, involving livestock and poultry breeding, animal products processing, feed production, veterinary drug production, animal products logistics, manure treatment and organic fertilizer production. Sui Fugen, executive vice president of Henan Poultry Industry Association, introduced that this year's Fair will involve more than 500 large-scale well-known enterprises from 16 countries and regions such as the United States, France, Germany, Canada, South Korea, Australia and 30 provinces and municipalities (autonomous regions) in China. It is expected that the trade volume of this fair will exceed 10 billion yuan, which will be the highest animal husbandry event ever held.
It is reported that from this year, "Henan Poultry Fair" was officially renamed "Henan Animal Husbandry Fair". Since 1989, Henan Province has successfully held 24 Poultry Fairs.
